How long will it take to get my orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an averege of the following:
- all orders will be dispatched within 24-72 business hours
- shipping will take around 5-9 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also check your order on our tracking page.
How I can track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

What are the return rules?
Before returning the goods, please contact our customer support at support@mayfairmarlowe.uk within 14 days of delivery first so that we can sign in your return. Returns with no previous contact will not be accepted! You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to our warehouse in China.
How do returns work?
By simply sending us an e-mail on support@mayfairmarlowe.uk or through the contact form.
Our support team will then guide you through the return process.
please do not send any returns here without contacting us first, since we need to create an internal ticket in order to refund the order.
When will I get my money back?
Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.
When will I receive my cashback?
In some cases we offer cashbacks, to prevent any hassles with returning the products and to compensate for any dissatisfaction.
When the cashback is approved it will be reflected on your bank account within 3-5 business days, you will get an e-mail about this.

What size should I get?
All our clothes are based on standard sizing and most of the products come with a tailor made size chart. Westrongly recommend getting 1 size bigger to create a better (oversized / straight) fit.
Our Shoes & Loafers are true to size. To find your perfect size, please check thefoot length in CM / INCHES provided. These are 100% accurate with the shoe.
